MEET OUR TEAM
Brittian W. Beaver
MD, FACOG
Dr. Beaver was born in Salisbury, NC and is a graduate of Wake Forest University. He received his MD degree from The Bowman Gray School of Medicine and completed his residency from the Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 2001. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology having been board certified since 2004.
Dr. Beaver has over 25 years experience in Ob/Gyn and recently left a large healthcare system in order to offer his clients more personal and individualized care. He still believes medicine is best practiced one patient at a time. His new practice affords him the opportunity to offer his patients the most current and scientifically based treatments in areas of weight loss, bioidentical hormones, sexual health, and aesthetics.
When not practicing medicine, he enjoys spending time with his incredible wife and their four children. Dr. Beaver recently gave up the obstetric portion of his practice and late night call to dedicate more time to his family.
Lori Beaver
Practice Manager, Nutrition Specialist
Lori Beaver is irreplaceable and is the “go to” girl for Trinity Ob/Gyn. She is excited to work with her husband as well as all of the new advances Trinity and Focused Women’s Healthcare has to offer. Lori offers nutrition counseling programs for Focused Women’s Healthcare and loves helping patients develop and achieve personal training and physical fitness goals. Her passion is helping people, especially women, reach attainable goals and improve their overall lifestyle – while having some fun at the same time! As a former CPA, she also has a background in corporate finance and planning.
Lori enjoys all things related to fitness - running, biking, and healthy cooking. She especially loves the challenge of cooking for masses of teenagers when her children and their friends are around. Her husband is amazed that she can do all of this and keep up with their four active children.
Jennifer Nichols
Registered Nurse
Jennifer, a Cabarrus County native, is a Registered Nurse and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from UNC-Chapel Hill. She has previously worked in both Labor and Delivery and Mother-Baby/Postpartum. Her passion is women’s health and she is excited to be at Trinity Ob/Gyn and Focused Women’s Healthcare.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys going to the beach, walking, spending time with her husband and three kids, and playing with her dog. She is active in her church and loves hosting cookouts for her friends and family. Trinity is thrilled to have another RN on our team!
Ashley Cawa
Family Practice Nurse Practitioner
Ashley was born in Charlotte, NC but has lived in Concord since she was 3 years old. She earned her BSN degree from UNC Charlotte in 2017 and began her nursing career as a medical/surgical nurse before transferring to the mother/baby unit. She decided to further her education at Carson-Newman University where she graduated December 2022 with her MSN degree. While earning her graduate degree, Ashley completed numerous hours of clinical rotations at Trinity. Ashley has fully completed botox training and is really looking forward to expanding our aesthetics business. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, spending time at the beach, baking, reading and hanging out with friends and family.
Megan Burgess
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Megan, originally from Upstate New York, graduated from South Rowan High School in 2003. She received her certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse from Rowan Cabarrus Community College in 2006. After working 15 years in Family Medicine with a 2-year stint in Endocrinology, Megan is eager to learn more about Ob/Gyn and help women look and feel their best!
She resides in Kannapolis with her husband Nate, and her son, Bexton. She also has two goldendoodles named Ernie and Penelope aka "Nelley" and a panther chameleon named Lightning. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, spending time with her family & friends, napping, reading and sports.
Myra Collier
Surgery Scheduler/Referral Coordinator
Myra is our surgery scheduler and referral coordinator. She is a Cabarrus County native and graduated from Wingate University with a BA in Business Management.
Myra returned to the workforce after being a stay at home mom. She and her husband of 28 years have two grown children. They also have 2 dogs and a cat that are part of the family.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new places, especially any beach. She and her family enjoy watching movies and spending time together. Trinity is very fortunate to have Myra.
Brandi Griffin
Certified Medical Assistant
Brandi, a Cabarrus County native, graduated from Surry Community College with a Certified Medical Assistant degree and an Associate of Applied Science in 2017. Brandi was one of our very own patients, and through her own medical experiences with Dr. Beaver, she became more interested in joining the Trinity team to help uplift others and to truly focus on women's health.
She resides in Concord with her husband, Adam, and her daughter, Adelyn. She enjoys chocolate chip cookies, traveling, and being around family and friends. We are excited to have her on our team!
Tasha Turner
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer / Office Manager
Tasha is our diagnostic medical sonographer and office manager. She graduated from Forsyth Technical Community College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science, Medical Sonography. Her focus and passion has always been women’s health and she is excited to be part of the team at Trinity OB/GYN. She resides in Concord with her husband, Jared, and their two boys, Tyler and Maddox. She is active in her church and loves spending time with her family, traveling and reading.
Kayla Chase
Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler
Kayla is our Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler with Trinity OB/Gyn. She was born and raised in a small town in Rowan County. Kayla was one of our very own patients before she became more interested in joining the Trinity team to truly focus on women’s health. She has years of experience as a receptionist. She is thrilled to be a part of the team here at Trinity OB/Gyn and Focused Women’s Healthcare! She resides in Faith with her husband, Jeremy, and her two young daughters, Elleigh and Hensleigh. She enjoys traveling, camping, being outdoors, crafting, and spending time with her family and friends. They also have a dog named Abner. She is active in her church and loves meeting new people.

Therapy Dog
Legend hails from Wildrose Kennels in Oxford, Mississippi. If you are a dog lover, this place is heaven on earth. He is possibly the only team member with more certificates and degrees than Dr. Beaver. His calm temperament makes him the ideal therapy dog.
Legend likes long walks, cuddles, and traveling adventures with the Beaver family.
